Esanara is a coffee that embodies the richness of coffee's birthplace with clarity and character. The wild Heirloom coffee cherries, harvested at an altitude of 2,220 meters in the highlands of Guji, undergo a natural processing to unlock their full potential. In the cup, a lively spectrum appears: grapes and pears at the forefront, unfolding into the sweetness of blueberries and a soft, jasmine-like, floral finish.
With its elegance and complexity, Esanara is a tribute to Ethiopia's coffee heritage – and to all those who appreciate an effortlessly appearing complexity.

Our coffees are roasted frequently in small batches by our experienced roasters. Each pack of coffee is stamped with the batches' roasting date for full transparency. Careful – fresher does not always mean better: light roasts – like ours – should at least be rested for a couple of days before brewing.
