Muundo

Muundo is a washed, processed coffee from Kenya. It comes from the Baragwi Farmers Cooperation in the Kirinyaga County region. The cooperation maintains a total of 12 wet mills. For the surrounding, mostly family-run coffee farms - with an average size of 2 hectares - this is an opportunity to process their excellent coffees. The coffee is made up of different varieties such as SL28, SL34, Ruiru 11 & Batian. The flavour profile of citrus and stonefruits is accompanied by an intense but pleasant acidity.
