Guacamayo

Guacamayo is a washed processed coffee from Costa Rica. He comes from the Coope Tarrazu cooperative. The coffee produced by the more than 3,200 producers is known for its high quality and excellent cup profile. The coffee is grown on the slopes of mountains at an altitude of 1,400 to 1,700 meters above sea level.
The main varieties are Caturra and Catuai. The flavor profile is ideal for a mild yet slightly refreshing filter roast and is also perfect as an espresso roast. The cleanliness and sweet full body are fantastic, while the tangy acidity makes this coffee very lively.
